New Letterbox in Richmond VA

I'd forgotten how nice Bryan Park is, and it was great to have a
reason to head out this evening to find the box. Didn't have any
trouble being discreet on a Friday evening, but it'll take some doing
to go unnoticed uncovering this one on busy days at the Park. Take
care rehiding it and it should last a long time.
Two questions....
first.....this is the second box I've found in Richmond with reverse
lettering on the stamps (other one is Belle Isle) with notes in the
log stating the backwards letters are on purpose. I'm
curious....what's the purpose?
and,
second....how does one become an "itchy butt girl"? Gotta love your
stamp girls!!!! :-)
